- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I visited this branch recently. I wasn't greeted upon entering nor was I assisted in any way. 10-15 minutes after I'm left standing around, a white woman comes through the door & is given Hello! Welcome to SunTrust!! Needless to say, I'm done banking at this location. I did make a complaint via phone SunTrust Customer service. The complaint was followed up with a phone call from someone over the bank as well as the branch manager. Regardless, I'm still done with this particular location.By B Relentless, August 28, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Suntrust is the most untrustworthy bank I've been to. They charge $7 if you don't bank with them, choose to let my check clear for 3 days rather than banking with them again. Hobble service, gloomy and unprofessional banking.By Dina Deon, December 27, 2016
