- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was first in line for almost an hour with a full lobby of people behind me. Only 2 clerks are at the counter and they are constantly asking for help with they're individual customer. When I finally got to the counter and mentioned something to a clerk, she did not hesitate to spit out her rude response. She then proceeded to tell me I should try banking somewhere else... No. How about you learn how to do your job properly, effectively, efficiently, and with a decent attitude. I would understand the wait if it was just a bad time or something, but this happens every time I come in. 0 stars for customer service.By Janek Dunman, December 19, 2016
